PAN AMERICAN Airways
Operated services from USA to Southampton from 8/7/37.(Initially only mail/freight carried).Operations moved to Poole during WW2,but maintenance remained at Hythe.

In addition to the Airlines and aircraft listed above,other airlines visited Southampton Water, mainly from Europe,but occasionally from further afield.Details are scarce but a few known visitors are listed below.

F-BDRA.Latecoere 631 c/n 4.Air France(one of nine a/c )
LV-AAR Sandringham, F.A.M.A./Aerolinas Argentinas ,visited Hythe possibly on 4th June 1946<(can anyone confirm this?)
